Wij waren met onze 3 pubers een weekje in dit goed uitgeruste huis en hebben genoten van alles wat het huis en de omgeving te bieden heeft. Lekkere bedden, veel ruimte om je eigen plekje te hebben, veel keukenmateriaal om lekker te koken, maar ook een erg leuk eettentje met lieve bediening op loopafstand, zodat je nog even makkelijk iets kunt drinken en eten! De communicatie met de eigenaar was niet zo goed er was ons een uur gezegd waarop we michten aankomen, maar toen bleek het huisje nog niet schoongemaakt. De koffiezet werkte niet, en bij melding hiervan bleek dit al een tijd zo te zijn en kregen we de raad dan maar oploskoffie te gebruiken. Gastvrouw was vriendelijk, ze was niet aanwezig toen we aankwamen (dat had ze niet gecommuniceerd), maar toen we haar belden, vertelde ze waar de sleutel lag en kwam ze twee dagen later kijken. We hadden twee keer een probleem (met gas en een keer met elektriciteit), maar we konden haar appen en ze reageerde meteen en binnen een half uur kwam er iemand om het op te lossen. Er staat dat je de auto niet bij huis kan parkeren, maar dat is wel zo. Je kan zelfs in de tuin parkeren, achter het hek. In Trarego (1 km verder) is een piepklein winkeltje, daar kan je bijvoorbeeld broodjes halen, maar verder niet veel soeps (en duur). Een echt grote supermarkt (Lidl) is pas 20 km (bijna 40 minuten rijden)verderop te vinden in Verbania. Dit vonden wij erg ver en onhandig. De weg naar het huis is op sommige plekken vrij smal en steil vanaf het dal / meer naar boven is ongeveer 15 minuten rijden. Het was mooi weer en het meer was heerlijk. Je moet natuurlijk wel met de auto naar beneden (parkeren 1 euro per uur), maar aan meer bij Cannero was het heerlijk met voldoende ruimte (veel gras en bomen). We hebben genoten! Mooie omgeving. Huis heeft een jaren 80 stijl qua interieur maar alle apparaten zijn aanwezig. Voor een gezin met 3 kinderen is het ideaal vanwege de grote tuin. Je zit beschut maar je blijft genieten van het mooie uitzicht zowel overdag als s’nachts. De ruimtes zijn prima alleen de bedden waren wel hard. Winkeltje in het dorp heeft de standaard dingen. De auto kun je gemakkelijk voor het hel zetten of zelfs voor het huis.
