### 'Between sea and perfumes'

60 sqm apartment located on the first floor with balconies in a small building in the historic center, a stone's throw from the sea, the Egadi Islands, the cathedral and the main streets for shopping, catering and various clubs.   
Inside we have a large bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a possible additional bed or cot, a bedroom / living room with a comfortable sofa bed, an extendable table with 5 chairs, a kitchen area and a bathroom with shower.  
As appliances we have a TV, an iron, a hairdryer, a washing machine, an air conditioner / heat pump, a new generation warmer, a large fridge, a hob, an oven and a microwave oven.  
You will find it convenient to get out of the house and find everything you need on foot.  
There is free free parking a few steps from the building.
