You’ll have a bedroom, a bathroom, and a well-equipped private kitchen with a filter coffee maker. The studio features high-speed Wi-Fi for video calls, a private TV, radiator heating, and a dedicated workspace.  
  
Enjoy the uncovered private terrace with a barbecue, offering views of the lake and mountains. The shared 18 m infinity pool with submerged beach and the 2-hectare communal garden invite you to relax, with a waterfall, stream, and small lake. Table tennis, badminton rackets, and an outdoor shower are available to all guests.  
  
On-site parking is provided, and pets are welcome (1 dog max). Smoking is allowed on the property. Shared washing machine. Parties are not permitted to ensure a peaceful environment.  
  
The accommodation offers step-free access and an interior without stairs for added comfort. Public transport is nearby, and a tennis court is a 15-minute walk away. During your stay, you can enjoy honey from the estate’s beehives, available for purchase.
