Cozy 40 sqm studio apartment, able to accommodate 4 people, on the 2nd floor of a two-storey building NOT equipped with a lift (stairs to access).  
  
The property is located a stone's throw from Lungomare Cristoforo Colombo, where you can enjoy a splendid walk to the Port and reach the historic center of Trani.  
  
The accommodation is ideal for those who want to experience the beaches and the sea and consists of a bedroom, kitchenette, bathroom and balcony with sea view.

The internal space is organized as follows:
