« 24 hrs before flying to Canberra I requested the address and entry details but was advised at that point (only when I reached out) that it wasn’t available. I was given a choice of 2 others. I picked one but although it looked nice initially it was not great. Days of 40 degree weather and no air con in the bedrooms, one bedroom did not have a window, neither bathroom fan worked and the ensuite smelled damp and had mould in the shower. The balcony was very very dirty. Not impressed at all. »

« Stayed 4 nights went well overall, however its more the experience afterwards that brings everything down for me. Hours after check out i recieved 4 messages through the app and text and 1 call from him about some child lock on a door being broken (photo attached) i hadn't even noticed it until later in our stay. When i removed a bag i had on the desk. My sister-in-law has the same child locks in her house, so if i did want to get through it i would know how, and there is no way my 5 year old...
