« This place was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at! Pics on the website were NOT AT ALL what you get. Staff were pleasant, but that’s it!!! The place and people that were getting rooms there were very sketchy! My teenage Grandchildren were absolutely terrified being there! I will never step foot in there again. Bed was HORRIBLE, Cable TV never worked the whole 2 nights we were there. Carpeting was so disgusting! »

« The business center used to be available for printing boarding passes. Because of the construction there was no way to do that on this visit. »

« The sheets did not seem clean found other peoples hair in them. The hair dryer plug in was cracked and wouldn't work. The lobby is nice! The bathroom still had other peoples hair in the shower. It was raining when we arrived and the window in our room was leaking water inside »

« Clean room and plenty of parking. Computers had gone down due to weather but the staff was extremely helpful and got everyone checked in and into their rooms. »

« I feel like the pictures were very deceiving. We had a room that overlooked the pool area so we had zero natural light from a window. I didn't even want to be barefoot in the bathroom because of how gross it was. Same with the pool/spa area. The whole place felt extremely dirty. Our room smelled like we had a heavy smoker living there so it was super musty smelling. Overall not a great experience and I don’t have a very high bar for hotels. « The hotel is older, which at first I was a little nervous. BUT, it is very clean and the room we had was huge in comparison with other hotels that I have stayed in! The beds were also the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in at a hotel. There are many convenient places to shop and eat right by the hotel as well. That came in handy for my daughter and myself. In Minneapolis (and nearby areas) when asking how far something is they will tell you “about 20 minutes”. It is the truth! Mall of America-...
