Nos reubicaron en un hostal de su propiedad con muy malos modos. El hostal sucio, con los enchufes con cables al aire, la manguera de la ducha rota. No nos registraron y luego pretendían cobrarnos más por 2 habitaciones de hostal que una cuádruple con desayuno incluido. Cuando pedí la factura me dijeron que entonces me tenían que cobrar el IVA cuando claramente el servicio de cenas ya tenía el IVA incluido y lo tuve que pagar dos veces. Llamé a expedia 3 veces para quejarme pero aunque me prometieron una compensación por no poder reubicarme ni la he visto. En resumen un hostal con precios de hotel de 3 estrellas y servicio de una casa de huéspedes. Malos modos. Gracias a Expedia me han arruinado un fin de semana que llevaba planeando mucho tiempo para celebrar un evento familiar.

Lean, Tragacete

Gestionan un hotel y un hostal con el mismo nombre. Al llegar nos tuvieron mucho tiempo esperando sin que nos atendiera nadie. Después un señor de unos 80 años, dueño del hotel, nos dijo que faltaba la persona que llevaba la recepción. No les constaba nuestra reserva. Nos prepararon una habitación en el hostal, no en el hotel como habíamos reservado, que la puerta estaba como destrozada, no cerraba con llave, la pintura del techo estaba desconchada, la cisterna se vertía y sonaba como una cascada continua y todo muy viejo. Le exigimos que la puerta se pudiera cerrar con llave. Y trajo una caja con un montón de llaves viejas que estuvo buscando una copia a ver si funcionaba pero no podía funcionar porque estaba el marco tan viejo que aunque salía el cerrojo no se quedaba anclado. Nos sugería que pusiéramos una silla por dentro para que quedará bien cerrada. Hubo que ir detrás de él para que nos diera otra habitación. Accedimos a una habitación doble poniendo un colchón en el suelo, la habitación contratada era triple. Había un camarero, Vicente, que hizo todo lo que pudo por que estuviéramos lo mejor posible.

PESIMA ESTANCIA
Hacía tiempo que no tenía una experiencia tan nefasta. Te intentas alejar de la capital a disfrutar de paz y tranquilidad, y resulta que el hotel tiene una discoteca en la planta baja. A las 12 de la noche, tras despertarme, bajé con un cabreo que ni cuento, y hablé con la hija del dueño. ¿Y Saben lo que me decía? "Espere media hora más señora". Asì que no volveré nunca a ese hotel.
