"my first initial complaint was the key card for the room didn’t work so myself and my child were waiting to try and get in the door. Had to walk back up to the office to come back and have the manager come reprogram a key while we stood out there and waited once I got in the room. It didn’t smell very clean in the bathroom. I noticed that there was dirty handprints on the wall the tub had some brown stuff in it with hair from the previous people. The inside of the door was very dirty like nobody’s wiped it off. The curtains were stained with food stains. Overall cleanliness of this room was horrible. The bed was clean other than that I don’t really have anything great to say. "

"This place was disappointing and very disgusting. It smelled terrible and garage all over the parking lot. Staff were nice. $100 room deposit which was ridiculous due to the condition of the room/property. This property was false advertisement. "

"No breakfast. The TV in the room did not work.We unpacked and had a repack and go to another room on a different floor. When we asked for blankets for the pullout couch , they said only sheets were available and no pillows. The thermostat in the room was too cold and did not work. The staff was not pleasant , nor were they helpful. No complimentary water. There was a coffee maker , but no coffee."

"The prooerty was in great condition. Just remember to bring your own toiletries. There were no body wash and the soap wasn't very good. Also the breakfast they say they have, was a joke. I don't call some coffee that wasnt ready, and a multi gran bar breakfast. Other than that, the rooms were very clean"
