Most recently, we had to change rooms because the cleanliness was below bare minimum. Staff was kind as usual, and changed our room immediately. There were 5+ burn holes in the “smoke free” room on the duvet cover, which also was covered in stains. There was also a massive hole punched into the wall with a towel shoved into it.
