Staff needs help in providing a customer service. Specifically, reception, bell boys and whole way staff need help. They are friendly but not very efficient in doing their duties. We arrived around 10:30 pm and there was no park space in front of the hotel so I left the car on the middle of the street. As I walked I asked if any can assist in parking the car and getting the luggage, I was directed to the receptionist. While I was checking in two gentlemen were asked to assist with parking and getting the luggage. They never made it to the car. I went out to see what is going on because my family members were still at the car after 15 minutes. Service at Restaurant during the breakfast was slow as well. Over all hotel facility was acceptable but we would not be returning to this hotel soon.
