Experience refined living in this beautifully renovated Colonial-modern home, nestled on a quiet street within the gated community of Coto de Caza. Thoughtfully designed to offer both elegance and comfort, this fully furnished retreat features a stunning chef’s kitchen, a 13-foot island, four bedrooms with six beds, and a luxurious primary suite complete with a cozy seating area, coffee/bar station, and a private balcony.  
  
Surrounded by mature trees and natural beauty, the home offers direct access to a scenic hiking trail right behind the property—perfect for morning walks or peaceful sunset strolls. The beautifully landscaped backyard is ideal for outdoor entertaining, featuring a tranquil and stylish hosting space where you can unwind or gather with loved ones.  
  
Each bedroom is appointed with plush, padded headboards, ceiling fans, and smart TVs, creating a perfect blend of sophistication and relaxation. Whether you’re enjoying a peaceful family retreat or a quiet escape from the city, this home offers the ideal setting.

Located in a secluded enclave of South Orange County, it radiates peace, tranquility, and timeless charm—yet it’s only a short drive from the beach and minutes away from the vibrant downtown area of Rancho Santa Margarita, where you’ll find shopping, dining, and local entertainment.  
  
Guest Access:  
Guests have full access to the entire home with the exception of the garage.  
  
Interaction with Guests:  
Our interaction with guests is physically limited yet we are always available for contact through Vrbo or cell.  
  
For pre-bookings or questions you might have before finalizing your stay, you are welcome to message us on Vrbo and we will happily get back to your inquiries in a timely fashion.  
  
Upon booking, you will receive an apt message confirming your reservation and thanking you for choosing our beautiful home for your stay -- we know you have a lot of choices! In this message you will find a set of house rules, what the home will be stocked with to better help you plan your arrival, and our cancellation policy if all else fails.  
  
One week before your booking, we will send out another message reminding you about your stay. Finally, 24 hours before your reservation we will send directions on how to access the home, a way for you to contact us directly, and directions to the home.  
  
My husband and I live locally and will always be available to help you with any questions or concerns. Never hesitate to contact us. Additionally, we are happy to be your reserve for all things breweries, dining, beaches, or local 'happenings' for you to enjoy!
