Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Sip coffee as you view the beautiful nature and lake around you. There is a dock available for swimming and parking your boat. (Dock is shared with your neighbor if you have one at the time). Only a few minutes to Portman Marina, Broyles landing, Double Springs, and Green Pond Landing (8 mi by road), only a short drive to Clemson, Anderson, or Hartwell GA. 45 minutes to Greenville, SC. Come enjoy the upstate of SC. Boat Parking available.

#### Wonderful home

My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! It rained most of the time that we were there, but the house was so lovely, so clean and so well laid out that we hardly noticed. The screened porch was a wonderful way to see the outdoors while staying dry, and the kitchen was fantastic. I would definitely stay here again.
