The last time being 3pm on day of arrival. I was informed that I would receive an SMS detailing the late check in procedure for my room key. Suffice to say when I arrived at 7.20pm still no SMS rang the mobile number to be informed that they had not sent it and it was sent almost immediately informing me which lock box it was in and the combination. Pity the instructions on how to actually use the said lock box were not included. Luckily another guest could help me out so not very many thanks for the staff unfortunately. It’s relatively close to the strand and all of the eateries/beach, and it’s also not far to the castle hill access road.
