Seems a typhoon came through a few weeks ago and broke the server. Everywhere else on the island seemed fine. If there is a wifi problem it needs to be clearly stated when booking. I would have gone elsewhere because cannot unfortunately be disconnected for three days. Spent almost 200 euro on roaming the three days. Local contact said would do his best but no luck. Communication complicated too with local contact as network not working, payment was a hassle although they were flexible. Apart from that appartment well located. Cleanliness could have been better. Some dust in cupboards where kitchenware is. Windows very dirty outside. Very disappointing, very grubby, dried blood drips in bath tub made it feel totally disgusting..one of the reasons we booked was for the jet tub..unusable. The furniture was old and the decor was like stepping back to the 1980’s and again, not the pictures online. Receptionist was very rude and unfriendly which set the tone too. We absolutely loved our stay and didn't want to leave! Maureen was a fabulous host and gave us lots of information on our arrival! The apartment is walking distance to the ferry terminal and iga if you want to cook a meal in the fabulous kitchen overlooking the pool or you can bring your car or hire a mini moke to explore the island when you get there (we did and the kids loved it!!!).
