Facility clean and well maintained. Location was perfect for walking to entertainment a stadium. Plenty of restaurant options on street. Room was well presented and quiet.

Great location. But the price of Secure parking cost more than parking in the airport Townsville. One night parking at $25 is more than a day at the airport townscille

Toilet wouldn't flush. Cleanliness of the bathroom was quite ordinary. Cut my toe on a shard of glass that had clearly been broken by the previous resident and not cleaned up appropriately by housekeeping. Overall, a good location, central to the Townsville CBD but will not stay at this property again.

Friendly staff nothing was a problem, great location 👍 so many options for a meal with restaurants and pubs up and down the street. A short stroll took you to the football stadium, or the city, honestly everything was so convenient it was the perfect stay.

The staff were friendly and helpful But didn’t like we had to pay for parking couldn’t get any channels from 9 or 10 and a little disappointed that they didn’t have a king size bed

Staff very friendly. Room well presented & great location. Some minor things could do with an update (shower head & soap holder). Was a bit disappointed that the air con was not on to keep room cool for our arrival, middle of summer & very hot! Also fridge turned down to zero so was very hot also & had to turn up to keep our water & milk cool. Thought these items could have been left on for our arrival as had prepaid in full.

My Hotels account said i would get free parking but it was $25 a day. Staff extremely inflexible and rude. No daily servicing of rooms. Building noisy especially Saturday nights. Very expensive for a small, unserviced room.

I would not recommend this hotel based on my recent stay. For the price, it is very outdated, other hotels in the same location are much nicer and charge a similar rate. The biggest concern was the lack of security. The same key unlocks the gate, the main entrance, and every single hotel room. We tested (with another guest’s consent), and our keys could open each other’s rooms. On top of this, there is no internal lock or latch in the room, meaning you cannot secure the door from inside the room. This is extremely unsafe, especially when traveling with children. Cleanliness was also an issue. The room had clearly not been properly cleaned (I have several photos as evidence). The bathroom was in poor condition – when I turned the shower on, a leak in the silicone seal caused water to flow directly onto the bathroom floor. I booked a king-size bed, and during confirmation was asked if I preferred a king or two singles. I said either was fine, but was instead given a double bed, which was disappointing. Finally, both my child and I woke up covered in bites, which raises serious concerns about hygiene and pest control. Overall, this hotel was far below standard in terms of safety, cleanliness, and comfort. I would strongly advise booking elsewhere.

Location and property was great. However the lady on reception was rude. What a shame, I had to ask three times where to park, she answered very rude and abrupt. After travelling all afternoon what a big let down. I asked because we needed the handicap park. She didn’t care at all. Then told me was had to pay the 100 and would get it back if I didn’t make a mess and live like a rockstar

Location and apartment was great. The spa bath didn’t work which was disappointing. The lady on the front reception was rude and unhelpful. I had to ask three times where I could park. Which was a shame as we had travelled all afternoon to get to townsville
