"The Sahara maid service didn’t clean the room on Sunday after a long day. We had to argue for 2 hours and finally at 8:00pm they send someone up to clean, while we waited out the room for 2 hours. I will not stay at Sahara Las Vegas again!!"

"Booked a tower and they gave me a pyramid room. That room was was old and nasty and there is only 1 elevator bank and I had to go downstairs because trying to call the front desk from the room and my cell phone did nothing. Then I had to stand in a very long line just to speak to someone. The tower room was decent but why are there no mini refrigerators? They wanted to charge me $25 to get one…no thanks! Prices everywhere in the hotel are ridiculous but it is Vegas. Now I will say my bed was comfortable and the shower had good hot water. But honestly this place is nothing to rave about. In my opinion they just had bad customer service and not enough staff to accommodate all the guests at the front desk."
