Although rare, accidental damage from guests does happen. Traditionally, this was managed via a security deposit or vacation rental damage insurance purchased by the guest. With "all-risk" protection, all accidental damage from a guest is covered unless it's specifically excluded such as, normal wear and tear, infestation, or prior damage. There is NOT a wood-burning fireplace in the cabin. We were in town to watch our son play soccer at Maryville College. We didn’t want to stay in a hotel as we wanted to enjoy our time away from home in between games…this cabin didn’t disappoint. Views were incredible. Townsend, TN is the cutest town with the friendliest people!! Whether strolling on the river, floating down the river, or riding bikes, there is something for everyone. And Sunset Vista is in perfect proximity to all the things mentioned above! Sunset Vista is so spacious with three levels. The pool table was a BIG hit among my two boys.
