As such it is important for potential guests to understand before making a reservation that mother nature and her loving family of flora and fauna may make their presence known including snakes, lizards, deer, bears, raccoons, spiders, ladybugs, wasps, bees, rabbits, excessive pollen, poison ivy/oak, chiggers, beetles, field mice, ants, cockroaches, squirrels, opossums, flies, walking sticks, coyotes, moths, and butterflies, just to name a few. And, although the cabin is on strict pest control and cleaning regimen our native flora and fauna may find a way to join you since you are visiting their habitat. • Pets: ABSOLUTELY no pets are allowed in this cabin. If you are found to have a pet on the premises you will then be charged a $300 fee and be asked to leave the premises with no refund. This policy is STRONGLY ENFORCED • Check-In/Out: The bed may be left unmade with sheets and pillowcases left on. Used towels/washcloths should be placed in the bathroom bathtub. All trash should be put in the outside garbage can. Close all windows. Make sure the door is locked before you leave. Check-in at 4:00 PM. Check-out at 11:00 AM. We charge per hour for all requests for early check-in & late check-out, based on availability. Please note we may not be able to accommodate early check-ins/ late checkouts. Don't forget to bring your favorite book to catch up on some reading! • All amenities are fully inspected prior to every check-in, however, we cannot guarantee their working condition during stays. If anything is under repair, we will immediately notify you and offer alternative accommodation or cancellation options.
