We truly loved this peaceful cabin surrounded by trees. Nature abounded: bears, eagles, otter playing in the river, kingfisher hunting, geese flying in formation above the water, truly a nature lovers destination! The sunroom was a favorite for coffee in the am, wine in the evening, chatting or reading or simply watching the flow of the river. Cabin is well stocked and nicely appointed. Perfect for a couple. Townsend is a place to unwind, stroll, hike, and don’t forget the brewery, distillery and the good food. We will return and stay here again! Thanks Justin for being such a wonderful host ! The check-in process was not ideal as we had to contact the host for details at check-in time. They required ID and names of guests, which we were not made aware of before that call. They sent the info immediately. The cabin was clean, neat and cozy. Beautiful setting nestled in the woods with a large creek below the cabin was peaceful. Recommend this cabin! ##### Amy R. Even outside near the fire pit it’s a good spot to just hang out. The communication with the host was excellent! They are very attentive and wanted to make sure our stay was as great as it could be. It’s in a nice spot from the local town, close to small grocery store and other outdoor adventures. Overall no complaints and we really enjoyed our stay here! ##### Dominick P. Amazing View off the back deck & sunroom!I would suggest to anyone wanting to stay here that you stay more than one night due to the fact that the hot tub cannot get to temp in one day.
