Our cabin didn't have shade and would get very warm during the hot part of the day and take a long time to cool at night. We went to the local Ace Hardware and bought a fan. That helped. When we first got there we did a walk through. And in the bedroom on the first level had wood that was unlevel due to what appeared to be from a water leak in the past. That was a disappointing.
