We did have an issue on our second night and tried to contact the host by phone and by msg and got no reply to either. We even tried to call the Townsend PD and got no response back from them either, for what it's worth! lol Good thing it wasn't life threatening. ##### Shawn S. It took the hot tub until the 2nd day of our stay to get hot enough. Otherwise, we have no complaints about the property. I think it's a bit much to ask the guests to wash, dry and put away plates, glasses, etc., to take the garbage out to the garbage bin, and wash and try the bed linens. The cleaning service doesn't have much to do other than clean the floors so why not lower your price just a smidge? ##### Lynn H. Hot tub was broken, and they fixed promptly. Although it took a while to heat up, we appreciated their efforts to resolve the problem promptly and they were delightful to work with!
