« We loved this property. Very modern and comfortable, the most clean property I have ever stayed in. The listing is accurate as far as it goes, but I think it should be made clearer before booking that the road leading to the property is VERY steep and narrow, having 4WD was helpful on the way out. And also the 2nd bedroom is only accessible from the deck, it's not directly connected to the main floor of the house. For people with children, that could be an important thing to know. I only...

« Check in was a breeze since the instructions given were very thorough and detailed. Cabin was clean, neat and stocked with amenities as advertised. Lakefront was beautiful with lots of water sports equipment available to use. Driveway and walkway to the lake front is a little steep which may pose a challenge for those with mobility issues. Host was promptly responsive to any questions we had. »

Our only thought would be a bigger dock for a large group, it was rather small for all of us. We all enjoyed the windows overlooking the lake in all of the bedrooms. « A beautiful cabin located between Hammondsport and Penn Yan. The cabin is stocked with essentials to get you through your stay. The pond was a hit wth my boys. The cabin has a nice deck but no furniture to sit and enjoy the outdoors. The hot tube is also not functioning. Just a reminder water in this area has a sulfur smell but nothing you can do about it. Please note the property land management team is Vacaso so you will be charged a double processing fee if booked through VRBO! »
