« The room was ok except for the noise from the people next door. they were talking very loud until 2 o'clock in the morning when we finally called down stairs to have someone come up and tell them to be quit. Then at about 5 o'clock we were woken up by water dripping from the ceiling and had to change rooms. the new room was ok as far as the bed went. The furniture was old and some of the draws were hard to open and did not close right. »

Le manager n'a pas fait les achats pour renouveler les stocks. Les employés espéraient même pour nous que cela se fasse, mais rien ne s'est passé comme on souhaitait. »

"Vraiment terrible — à éviter absolument ! Nous avons quitté l’hôtel immédiatement, sans même être remboursés, et Expedia ne nous a offert aucune aide. Nous avons visité six chambres et les six avaient clairement déjà été utilisées. Les lits étaient défaits, il y avait des déchets partout et les planchers étaient sales. L’odeur de cannabis était présente partout dans l’hôtel, et il y avait aussi des traces de cigarettes dans les chambres. Le pire : nous avons trouvé une seringue souillée sur le plancher. C’est extrêmement dangereux, surtout quand on voyage avec des enfants. L’endroit semblait complètement abandonné : aucune femme de ménage, des déchets dans les couloirs et une atmosphère très inquiétante. Même la salle de restaurant et le gym étaient fermés par la ville en raison des risques pour la sécurité et la salubrité. Honnêtement, tout indiquait que quelque chose de louche se passait dans cet établissement. Ce n’est absolument pas un endroit sécuritaire pour séjourner, encore moins avec une famille. À éviter sans hésitation."
