« This our third year returning to the lakehouse. The house is well equipped with everything you can think of. Plenty of paddle boards and kayaks, even toys for the grandchildren. Check in was easy as well as check out. Great location with lots to do!!!!! Dave is a wonderful host. »

« We were looking for a place that we could bring our dog, was peaceful, near water, and mainly relax. This bnb is just that plus more. The decor inside is romantic, cozy, and whimsical. Waking up to the sunrise and mountians as your alarm clock was incredible. Enjoying a cup of coffee or beverage of choice on the front deck and seeing the occasional deer, IMPRESSED! Total peace and serenity. We cant wait to go back. Thanks Liz!!!!! »

« Ken was an exceptional superhost. His house was beautiful and spotless. There were no bugs in sight in the month of August. All the rooms looked exactly like the pictures and we were given plenty of bathroom toiletries & towels for our stay. We highly recommend staying here! »

« We stayed there for 2 nights with a couple of friends when we went to Saratoga to attend a show at SPAC. We really enjoyed the house. It was welcoming, friendly and very comfortable. We especially loved walking into town and getting to SPAC easily via Uber. The neighborhood is quiet, we felt safe. We highly recommend! »

« We were there for the races. (Thorpedo Anna group) Location of the property Was great for us. One mile to Broadway,Shoppong and Dining (Down town)and drive through down town another mile to Saratoga race track. Little warm so we used the window AC units which was fine . Neighborhood is quiet and close to necessities. ( coffee, breakfast, golf, shopping and Horse racing) Host was easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay there again! »

« A very nice clean house with ample parking and a large yard. One suggestion for the owner is to clarify what type of coffee maker is provided, as we bought ground coffee with us but it is a Keurig. Alternatively providing the Keurig pods and a salt and pepper shaker would be ideal.. »

« My sister's plus one partner and a pup gathered at The Sunrise Cabin for 5 nights to celebrate a 60th birthday. The house and location were perfect for us, providing us a scenic spot to cook and play games together, play in the water, participate in several local activities and to just relax. David was an excellent host. He is very communicative, responsive and is an excellent baker. All of his services were much appreciated by our group. »
