« We thought the cabin was quaint & charming and in a good location. Was really disappointed it didn’t have a decent coffee maker- couldn’t brew my own because the one in the cabin only used premade pouches. There were also quite a few insects including spiders which i’m terrified of! »

« The house was very clean and well stocked. You can tell they take pride in the house and property. Plenty of room for groups of several people. Screened in porch is very spacious compared to other properties in the area we've stayed at. Access to the water was easy and canoes and kayaks were available for use. Location is only a few minutes from town, many lakes, ponds, and hikes. Host was very nice and prompt answering any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again. »

« The house is a good place to stay if you need ample room and want a quiet retreat in Saranac Lake. Its not on the water but within a short drive of downtown and the lakes. If you have mobility issues this isn’t the place for you as the stairs to the second floor are very steep and there are floor level changes. The house manager should, I think, mark the floor level changes with bright tape because it takes a while to remember where they are. The house is pleasant and cosy and we enjoyed staying...

« A cozy cabin in the woods, only a brief walk away from the lake, and a comfortable fit for our family of 5\. Very well stocked kitchen - we were able to cook all our meals easily. We especially enjoyed the screened-in porch and the swimming area and kayaks that were available for guest use. Ice cream/trading post for food/supplies and a boat rental all just up the road if you want to take advantage of the lake. The property managers were extremely welcoming (a fresh pie in the fridge!) and very...
