« Wonderful layout and cozy setting. Knotty pine throughout. Only 6 minutes to Bemis Point. Patty and Marissa were the best hosts weve ever had and we have been to 7 continents. Always offering helpful tips during our stay. Nice gift basket full of treats and a hand written welcome note. »

« Hosts were incredibly kind and helpful. Cabin is perfectly cozy, with exactly enough to be comfortable. Phone reception was mildly decreased, which was perfect for not falling into the phone but still being somewhat connected. Nestled in the trees, just far enough from the neighboring houses. We felt safe, even when our only light came from the fire pit. We missed our birding field guide, but enjoyed the various winged visitors all the same. « We had a great time staying here for my wife’s birthday. Tons of space: huge main room with 3 fold down futons, one bedroom with a bed and a second bedroom with an additional 2 beds. Wrap around porch with picnic table is nice. Really nice covered outdoor fire area with a grill and a ton of fire wood. Barn has tons of space. »

« The property was gorgeous. Little House on the prairie feel with modern accoutrements. Close to SUNY Fredonia (20 minutes). Beds were very comfortable. Screened in porch and working wood fireplace in the living room. Fire pit outside as well as grill. I wish I found this before my son graduated, but we loved our time here on graduation weekend. »

« We loved our stay! Awesome location for seeing everything the area has to offer. We had a small issue getting in the cabin but it was handled as quickly as possible. Cabin was spotless and the views are wonderful. Will stay again if in the area for sure. »

« My family spent the weekend here while visiting the I Love Lucy and the Comedy museums in nearby Jamestown. We rented both sides A & B. Check in was easy and the property managers were awesome. This cabin is so adorable! It’s cozy yet roomy. It’s beautifully furnished and decorated. The location is beautiful and quiet. We had a wonderful time and would definitely rent again if we return to the area. We highly recommend this hidden gem! »
