« Rabbit Run was everything we were looking for during our stay in Cooperstown. It was spotless, well-appointed, beautifully decorated, spacious, and incredibly cozy and comfortable. Steve and MJ were so kind and welcoming, which made our experience even better. The game room and fishing ponds were a huge hit with my two sons who weren’t playing at Dreams Park, and they provided endless entertainment for the whole family when we weren’t at the fields. « Perfect home for a small family vacation…or in my case a vacation to watch my son play at Cooperstown Dreams Park. The house is absolutely as described, the rooms immaculate, with attention to detail…and if you are looking for r & r the location is ideal. I enjoyed sitting out on the farmers porch, watching deer meander on by during the afternoon, and with a glass of wine under the stars at night. There are not shops and restaurants right nearby, but a less than 25 min drive brings you to...

« Fabulous place to stay! Kids had so much fun meeting the chickens and horses. Beautiful views and family fun around the fire pit every night! We had an issue with a doorknob in house and it was fixed before we got home from the baseball games that day. Great kitchen for preparing meals. Would definitely stay here again! »

« this rental was excellent ! If i could rate higher. My son and new wife got married at the Fenmore this past weekend. We stayed here- can't say enough how great it was-- very convenient- clean - large enough everyone had their own space. Game room was excellent for my grandchildren to hang in and also the groomsmen while getting ready for the ceremony. We were allowed to arrive early and stay over chek out time!! recommend highly !!!!!! »

« The place was clean and ready for us when we got there. The kids enjoyed seeing the farm animals and the farm dog. The house was out away from everything which was nice because it was very quite and peaceful. We asked to have fire wood so we could have a small fire and it was there, unfortunately we couldn't have a fire just because we eneded up busier than anticipated with our sons family days at suny oneonta. The house was very large and had plenty of room for 7 of us. They had board games and...

« The location was good. The house has a ton of space. The property was peaceful. I wasn’t aware that the basement was rented out separately so when we arrived we were surprised to find a car from another state there. I also wasn’t aware that the house DOES NOT HAVE A/C! The temperature reached 100 degrees but house does has a couple fans and gets a really good cross breeze when you open the doors and windows. I wish more of windows and the exterior doors had screens has there were quite a few...

« Perfect location for ASV families. We had a quiet week with the luxury of a short drive to the baseball fields. Carol was wonderful to deal with and provided necessary amenities to make our stay very comfortable. Highly recommend and would certainly stay here again. »

« We thoroughly enjoyed our 3-day stay here. The house has lots of comfy space for hanging out both indoors and outside and a well-equipped kitchen. We particularly liked the long table where we worked several jigsaw puzzles. The host provided several suggestions for local dining and entertainment that were good. »

"Hôtel qui avait l’air vraiment miteux à notre arrivée par son look extérieur pratiquement en décomposition, mais nous avons été vraiment surpris car les chambres ont été complètement rénovées. D’après moi ils ont manqué de budget car il restait seulement le bain qui était vieux….lol tout était bien à part le fait que c’était très humide dans la chambre, les serviettes de douche ne séchaient pas entre les journées."
