« The place is lovely, as are the hosts. The space is immaculate, and nicely appointed. The hosts have stocked it with 85% of the “stuff to bring just in case” - blankets, pillows, anything cooking- and coffee-related, even a couple of bikes. It’s not on the water, but is very centrally located. You can walk to “downtown” Bemus in 7-8 minutes (or drive in one), where there are a number of excellent restaurants and shops. I would mention any negatives, but I really can’t think of any. Great place....

« Convenient location if you want to be in the heart of the village. Walkable to stores and restaurant. Clean and easy to check in and check out. Twin bunks were a little uncomfortable for older kids (teens) but bed in main bedroom was very comfortable. Would definitely book again. »

« We did a trip that had us stopping in Erie PA for two days then to Buffalo to see the falls for two days. We did a high end loft in Buffalo. After staying in 4 different places this was our most favorite. We had our German Shepherd with us and the big yard was perfect. If we had it to do over again we would go straight here. »

« The view of the sunset over the lake can’t be beat. Remember it’s dog friendly, so keep that in mind if you’re allergic! Also note this is the top floor of a larger unit, and the lawn with fire pit by the water is not as big as the booking photo made it seem. There are multiple properties close by. We didn’t use the fire pit due to rain, geese, and mosquitos. Despite that, the fire pit and porch views are unbeatable. The hot tub was nice and big enough for two. The bedrooms are just big enough...
