« The house was perfect. We were in Cooperstown for a baseball tournament and wanted to stay somewhere that had stuff for everyone. Between the pool, fire pit, lake, and beautiful views we had it all! We will be back in 2 years for the same tournament and sincerely hope to stay at the same place. « The house was exactly as described and just what all our families needed for our stay during Cooperstown week! House was clean and all was available that was shown in amenities. The only issue was the grill was pretty dirty that we had to clean it very thoroughly to use it and we could have use at least one big pot for cooking. Thanks for the hospitality, we would definitely recommend for families to stay. »

« It was everything we needed! The house was very clean and it looked exactly like it does in the pictures. It is in a quiet area, it was easy to get to and it was close to a lot of attractions. Joe even sent us a list of recommendations for local stores, restaurants, and attractions before our stay. There were nightlights around the whole house and even lights outside which was nice because it did get dark. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook during our stay. There were even board games...
