« The house was perfect. The location was amazing. They had a fully stocked kitchen with everything needed and then some. When we arrived I was so excited to be greeted with the cows next door. The view from the front porch was gorgeous. It’s so far away from other houses that we didn’t hear a sound. Definitely plan to return again hopefully in the spring! »

« Best properties so amazing, and Maureen the host is so easy to communicate with and if there is an issue, which is very seldom, she is there to fix it immediately. This has been our forth stay on this property, and we will come back for many years to come. There is something to do for everyone without even having to leave the property. Everything is spotless when you walk in the beds are very comfy, the kitchen is very well stocked, and the whole atmosphere makes you wish you could stay forever. »

« We had a fantastic stay! The home was cozy and perfect for our trip to Cooperstown for my son's baseball tournament at Dreams Park, right up the road. It’s baseball-themed, which my kids absolutely loved, such a fun touch! While the house is on the smaller side, it had everything we needed and was a great home base for our time at the ballpark. « Stunning location, beautiful, especially with the leaves changing color. View from every window is lovely. It's more remote than expected, so try to arrive during daylight hours because it is DARK. Stream is lovely. Kitchen has recent upgrades and is very nice, beds are comfy. I mistakenly thought that the couch was couch bed- it is not. The futon is small, would be good for kids. So, be sure to check with the host before going if you'll have more than 4 people and/or don't intend to share beds....

« We really enjoyed the house and its close location to Dreams Park. The spacious living conditions were perfect for us and the bonus game room was a plus for the 2 teens. "Hôtel qui avait l’air vraiment miteux à notre arrivée par son look extérieur pratiquement en décomposition, mais nous avons été vraiment surpris car les chambres ont été complètement rénovées. D’après moi ils ont manqué de budget car il restait seulement le bain qui était vieux….lol tout était bien à part le fait que c’était très humide dans la chambre, les serviettes de douche ne séchaient pas entre les journées."
