« This was our second time staying at this property for a couples getaway in December, and it’s an absolutely perfect location for a weekend of wine tastings on Seneca Lane and visiting downtown Watkins Glen. It’s very modern and spacious with comfortable beds. We’d love to stay here in the spring and summer as well as the back looks ideal for grilling and playing games outside. « Shower was not draining, could not find any trash bags or dish soap; wish the bedrooms had tvs and the kitchen was stocked with more cookware; some of the dishes in cabinets needed to be rewashed before using; would appreciate a light source in the living room; would suggest removing the desk and add more furniture, also would suggest removing couch from current wall as it is blocking the radiator heater and the curtains as well as the couch were extremely hot overall for the price fairly happy...

« Hi! Had a pretty good time at this location. Had everything we were looking for to make out time in the ithaca area pleasant. 2 small issues though. 1. The 'guest parking' accesses the property via a short but narrow flight of stone stairs which for an older person or someone with unsteady balance may be precarious.2. The owner who lives upstairs has at-least 1 cat and the rental space had a feline scent to it. As someone who is allergic to cats, that was an issue. I would recommend the owner...
