"Our choice to stay here was a last minute one due to the threat of rains at the campsite we'd intended to sleep in. The bed was like in a fairy tale - so comfortable and cozy. The food at the "Camp Fire" restaurant was spectacular (we even spoke with the chef which was an added treat!!). And the location allowed for easy walking to the charming town of Saranac. Highly recommended!!"

"Kathy's Cabin on the lake was the perfect getaway for our family. The cabin is cozy, rustic, and familial. We played games, grilled, watched the action on the lake from the boat house. What a location! The view from the property and from the boat house porch is beautiful - lake, mountains, islands. We brought our boat and were able to dock it at the cabin which made each days' excursions so easy! Kathy is very accommodating and welcoming. She made check in very easy, she is communicative and a joy! It was nice to have a local to clue us in on customs of the lake and surroundings.We will be back for sure. "
