« A quaint cozy room perfect for an overnight near Burlington. Be aware all rooms are on second floor with no elevator. No TV. Other use what you need for basics are provided. Comfortable bed and nice linens. »

« Honestly, after a number of disappointing stays recently, we weren't expecting much so we could avoid being disappointed. But, we were anything but. We were in the maple room, which had private access to outside, a nice living room, a small kitchen (no stove), a large bedroom and very comfortable bed, and a semi small bathroom that was laid out well. Loved there was a personal shower head. Everything was clean and well maintained.

« We are so happy with our stay in the tiny house. It's a close drive to the island bike trail and Burlington. The house appears to be brand new. It has all the amenities of home with a few bonuses like the hot tub and sauna. We also liked that it's a short walk to the access the lake where you can easily take a dip! »

« Everything about the Vermont River House was perfect! Eva was the perfect host and welcomed me with freshly baked granola, milk, yogurt, coffee, tea, and chocolate. Despite subzero temperatures, the tiny house was as cozy as could be, along with plush blankets to watch tv. Having the loft space provided a nice separation between the living and sleeping spaces.
