« We loved this property. It was easy to find and check-in, close to the stadium (Go Bills!) and a Tim Horton’s, had a cozy backyard with a playset, and comfortable accommodations. We loved that the hosts provided some creamers in the fridge too. We would definitely come back! »

« This was our second time staying at this property. It is such a cute rental and a stones throw away from the beach. Daniel is a super host and is available if needed. Out of the MANY trips that we have taken, this stay was the most relaxing ever! »

Beautiful views, house was well stocked with everything we could need, and Lexi and Mike were the most responsive team we have ever come across in renting properties all over the country. They did everything possible to ensure we had a fantastic family trip! »

« Ken was an awesome host. He was very quick to respond to any questions we had and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The house is a stone's throw away from the water, which was exactly what we were looking for. We would definitely stay here again. »

« This was an ideal property and location for our family reunion group of 13 (without needing the additional suite). The large living room and back porch both provided great spaces for gathering and time together. The nearby town of Ellicottville (about 11 minutes away) offers numerous walkable restaurants and shops.The listing, as far as I have found, does not include very many details about the air conditioning. There are two window AC units in the house (not counting the suite, which we did not...

« We had a great stay at the house. We had 7 adults, 2 toddlers and 2dogs in our group. We were in town for a family wedding. The house has 5 bedrooms, each with its own private bath, which made getting ready for the wedding really convenient. There was plenty of parking and a nice yard for the dogs. The host was easy to work with and provided all the sheets and plenty of towels. We were very pleased with our stay! »
