« This is the perfect location to travel back and forth to ASV. The house had plenty of room for the 6 of us with the 1st floor room and bathroom perfect for my elderly parents. Though this house is 100 years old and not perfect, it was updated to today’s standards. Extra thanks to Dave, who let us check in a little early (after red eye flights) to get refreshed and settled before opening ceremonies. »

Great location to see and do plenty of outdoor sights and activities in the area. Host was responsive and friendly. Would absolutely stay again. »

« The photographs tell the whole story. Beautiful property, well-appointed. We had players and siblings from a Cooperstown baseball camp, so lots of kid traffic, and they LOVED the place. The entire downstairs is a wonderful play/entertainment area, and parents can peacefully chill upstairs while kids entertain themselves. »
