« This was our second time staying at this property for a couples getaway in December, and it’s an absolutely perfect location for a weekend of wine tastings on Seneca Lane and visiting downtown Watkins Glen. It’s very modern and spacious with comfortable beds. We’d love to stay here in the spring and summer as well as the back looks ideal for grilling and playing games outside. « We were staying in Geneva following a concert at Del Lago, and Kelly's Suite was a welcome respite after an evening of music and dancing! The home was clean, beautifully decorated, and the snacks and bottle of wine were a welcoming touch! Their recommendation of Water Street Cafe for breakfast was spot on. We wish we could have stayed another night. Would definitely recommend this place! »

« The apartment is lovely & was perfect for us. We enjoyed being able to cook in the well stocked kitchen after being on the road for 5 days. I especially loved the beautiful shower & having a second (partial) bathroom was handy. All appliances seemed to be newer & worked great. There are many wineries close by. We only visited a couple since we are not big wine drinkers. I especially enjoyed a horseback ride at Painted Bar Stables. »

« Our stay was perfectly peaceful! This property is extremely clean, tidy, and well stocked with kitchen tools should guests want to cook full meals. « Very nice unit/apartment located in downtown Penn Yan. Location was great for getting to many of the sites we wanted to see ie: canandaigua, Hammondsport, Watkins Glen etc. the place felt clean and cared for and updated. Kitchen was well stocked. A bit small for 4 adults but adequate. The “living area” not as comfortable seating as I would have liked, but wouldn’t take it off my list or high score. Our “master” room was great, the 2nd bedroom is extremely small, no closet, just an armoire, and...

« Perfect location right on Main Street. Plenty of restaurants, bars, coffee shops and grocery stores in walking distance. Apartment was beautiful and every amenity provided. Many good wineries and breweries within a short drive. Highly recommend staying at the Sheridan House if coming to Penn Yan! »

"As soon as we arrived, the clerk told us how to get to our room, but it wasn't clear. The manager took care of us to show us our room. His purpose was to sell us the dinning facility, and he was a little too pushy for me! The driveway to the check in had a big hole which was easy to fix temporarily with a bag of gravel rock! The front door of our room was filled with sticky leaves from last fall. The environment around the Hotel is splendid. "
