"The property was fine for our purpose. We were mostly gone all day exploring the numerous waterfalls and State Parks. Inside was neat and tidy. Outside needs attention. Owner communicated extremely well and graciously showed us his wine making process at his vineyard."

"Great location on Keuka lake, needs more TLC for the price point. Owners are renting out while the house is listed for sale. Some rooms have new paint and well decorated, but the others are not photographed. There is no gym, this must be a listing error. overall the house needs a good cleaning and refresh, as there were spiders and webs in every room and covering the porch.
