« My adult son and I were long overdue for a mother/son getaway, so we chose this tranquil little spot right on Lake Champlain. It was perfect for a weekend of relaxation and reconnecting. We enjoyed cooking together in the kitchen, sitting by the fire, and conversing and laughing on the shore of the lake while watching the sunset. Even my 25-year-old adrenaline-junkie boy said he was able to relax. »

« Easy to book. Communication excellent prior to check in. Great location. Quiet. Floors, fridge, island draws and toilet were dirty. There isn’t lock on back door which is the sunroom door. Sunroom is advertised as bedroom. Guests go through sunroom to get outside. The sunroom doesn’t have a closet, but it worked for us. Towels were damp and folded on the beds. Linen closet jammed packed with hangers and towels falling out when the door opened. Minor detail- suggest removing the modern...

« We honestly didn’t expect to love this place as much as we did. Adirondack Sunset on Upper Chateaugay Lake is one of those spots that’s nice in photos, but somehow way better in real life. The cabin just has this warm, cozy, Adirondack feel that makes you want to slow down and stay awhile. Susan and her husband were fantastic. Super friendly, easy to communicate with, and always there if we needed something. Everything was taken care of, which made the whole stay feel effortless. The ice fishing...

« This charming cabin in the woods had all the modern amenities you hoped for and away from TV's. The place had games, puzzles and outdoor gear to keep my children happy and mostly off their screens. I even saw them playing battleship with the lanterns on the covered porch- What a great memory! The downstairs shower was hot, clean and easy to use. The upstairs bathroom wasn't really pumping out hot water but it wasn't too big of an issue to go downstairs to the other shower. Beds were awesome,...

« Audrey's little red house was perfect. It is walkable to beautiful paths along the causeway by the lake. And an easy drive into Burlington for dinner. It was clean and comfortable. Audrey was quickly responsive to all our questions. We look forward to another visit someday. »

« Great place to stay. The place is clean, quiet, and peaceful. Everything you need is there. The host was wonderful, excellent with communication. If you needed to talk to him, he was avaliable. Beautiful setting with views of the lake. I would recommend this place to anybody, we will be back again! »

"This was THE BEST night in a hotel in my hole life! (and I’ve slept in many hotels and all the ones in Plattsburgh since I’ve been going at least 6-10 times a year for the past 20 years. Had visited a few times since it changed from Holiday Inn to Days Inn , but this time was the best!! First, the staff at the front office was super friendly. The room: clean, quiet and the bes, geez…wish I had that one at home. Thank you for the perfect night of sleep and rest. Will be back soon. "
