"What an amazing place! Outdoor was perfect and not crowded. Lovely scenery. The food at the restaurant was to die for. And the staff - very helpful and friendly. Especially appreciate the shuttle to the city centre. Shame we couldn’t stay longer but we will be back!!"

Super friendly and helpful staff - Marta showed us to our room upon arrival and explained the room features (I've never experienced that at a hotel before!). "We were only able to stay one night, but our night at the Vallombrosa vineyard was very peaceful. The hosts were very helpful and kind and were gracious to bring me some emergency supplies. Although the property lies in a beautiful setting, it’s important to note that it takes at least 30 minutes to get to Lugano and the lake by car. I also have a couple suggestions to make the room even better: -Provide a properly functioning coffee machine (Ours only produced 1-2 tablespoons of coffee. Maybe...
