We traveled with our son´s high school wrestling team to Sayre. The staff was wonderful. One of the wrestlers accidentally left cash in the room when he checked out. The staff tracked down our bus driver who returned it to the boy. Customer service is alive and well in Sayre PA. I highly recommend this hotel!

The staff was absolutely wonderful. So friendly and accommodating. We were also impressed with the hot breakfast options. Only area of note is that carpets need heavy cleaning/replacement.

Great Family Experience
Check-in was easy and great. The host saw that we had booked 2 rooms, he tried to move them so we could be closer together. The rooms were clean and fully stocked with amenities. The free complimentary breakfast was delicious and my kids loved the choice between the different types of waffles. I will definitely book this hotel on our next trip.

Everything was great except for breakfast, no meatless egg options!!! This is the first time I have stayed at a place that did not have eggs without meat! A little disappointing!

Everything was great. Sue and all of the staff at the front desk was wonderful. I encountered one minor issue but it was handled promptly and properly. I would definitely recommend this property. It is easy to get to off of Route 86/17. Thank you.

The food was great, the staff was amazing, the whole facility was beautiful! We loved our room. The shower has a fold down seat that is coming out of the wall. But that's a minor issue. We had a great visit. Will definitely be back!
