His family property is a seven centuries old modern renovation. Our room was clean, comfortable and secure. Breakfast was delicious: meat and cheese plates, pasties, yogurt, granola, breads, fruits, coffees and juices. The location is an 8 minute walk from the train station. Plenty of great restaurants within walking distance. This location is perfect as a home base: within an hour you could be at Lake Como or multiple ski areas. You can ride the UNESCO listed Bernina Express to Switzerland right in Tirano. I can't say enough good things about Andrea and Ostello del Castello. Stay here. You won't be disappointed!"
