Situé au 6ème étage d'une résidence sécurisée avec ascenseur, vous trouverez là tout le confort nécessaire pour vos déplacements professionnels ou séjours touristiques. Vous aurez accès à tout le logement pour vous seuls. L'appartement est composé d'un cellier, d'une cuisine indépendante et équipée (micro-ondes, plaques à induction, grand frigo, congélateur, cafetière Nespresso et cafetière à filtre, bouilloire, lave-linge, etc.), d'un salon spacieux avec télévision grand écran (avec accès Netflix, etc. WIFI). Vous aurez accès également à un balcon sans vis-à-vis direct et au calme, sur cour, par la cuisine ou le salon. Vous trouverez également une chambre au fond du couloir ainsi qu'une salle de bain. Les toilettes sont séparées pour plus d'intimité.   
Dans votre location sera aussi inclus les draps, les serviettes, ainsi que le ménage, effectué par une société professionnelle.   
  
L'arrivée se fait en autonomie. Les clés sont à récupérer dans un point relais dans le Vieux Tours.  
  
Vous aurez un accès direct à la gare à pied en moins de 10 min, l'axe A10 à 15 min en voiture, ainsi que de nombreux arrêts de bus autour du logement.  
Vous aurez la possibilité de vous garer tout autour de la résidence ou sur la place Velpeau gratuitement. Un local vélo est aussi disponible.

A deux pas de la gare et de la place Velpeau, la résidence est situé dans un quartier calme et résidentiel, à côté de nombreuses commodités :
