Halles / Plumereau district. Ideal for family and friends. Comprising an 18 m2 bedroom, a large 25 m2 living room with double sofa-bed and an open kitchen opening onto the rear courtyard. Apartment equipped with double glazing. On the 3rd floor of a small, quiet condominium of 8 apartments, mostly occupied by the owners themselves. No parking spaces, but underground parking nearby or free streets in the neighborhood. Bicycles can be left in the courtyard (accessible to residents only). I am available to answer your questions Central district (daily rubbish collection and sometimes noisy bar exits, especially in summer, as in any hypercentre). The apartment is occupied on a daily basis, so it has all the necessary comforts, but this means I have to live with my belongings, not smoke inside and keep it clean. You can do it all on foot.
