### Les Nocturnes de Chopin

Que vous soyez là pour le tourisme ou bien pour un motif professionnel, vous serez comblés par ce T3 de 92 m² aux beaux volumes dans le centre-ville de Tours et adapté pour 4 personnes.  
  
Le beau salon/ salle à manger sera le lieu idéal pour vous retrouver et pour vous reposer. Une grande table est à votre disposition pour prendre vos repas. Vous trouverez ensuite l'espace repos avec un canapé, un fauteuil inclinable et la TV (avec accès à Netflix), sans oublier la connexion wifi accessible.   
Pour nos amis musiciens, un beau piano à queue trône dans le salon.  
  
Plutôt cuisinier que musicien ? Vous ne serez pas en reste ! Tout l'équipement est là pour cuisiner de bons petits plats comme à la maison (plaques de cuisson, four, cafetière Senseo...) dans une grande cuisine séparée et fonctionnelle.  
  
Ensuite, un couloir vous mènera au coin nuit où vous retrouverez une salle de bain et les deux chambres.  
  
La salle de bain, lumineuse, est pourvue d'une douche, d'une vasque et d'un chauffe-serviettes. Les WC sont séparés.  
  
La première chambre donne sur cour et dispose d'un lit double ainsi que d'un bureau.  
La seconde chambre donne quant à elle sur la rue et se voit également pourvue d'un lit double avec un coin bureau.  
  
Proche de toutes les commodités et points d'intérêts de la ville, ce logement est idéal pour profiter de la ville et ses environs.  
  
Pour votre confort, tout est compris dans les frais de ménage. Vous n'aurez que vos valises à poser : les draps et serviettes sont fournis et le ménage fait avant votre arrivée et à votre départ.  
  
A noter que l'arrivée se fait de manière autonome pour plus de flexibilité. Les clés sont à récupérer dans un point relais proche du logement.  
  
Je reste bien évidemment disponible pour répondre à toutes vos questions et vous orienter pour que vous puissiez passer un agréable séjour dans la ville et la région :)

Le tramway passe à proximité et vous avez des places de stationnement dans la rue (payantes) et des parking souterrains sont également disponibles à proximité.  
Pour des places gratuites, il faudra vous diriger vers les bords de Loire.  
Le tramway arrêt "Nationale" est à moins 5 minutes de marche.

L'emplacement de l'appartement est idéal pour profiter pleinement de la ville.  
Le tramway est à moins de 5 minutes de marche tout comme la rue Nationale, grande rue commerçante de la ville.  
Pour atteindre le cœur historique de la ville et la célèbre place Plumereau avec ses nombreux bars et restaurants, comptez 450 mètres soit 5 minutes.  
Supérettes, boulangeries, pharmacies, tout est accessible dans un rayon de 2 minutes à pied autour du logement.  
  
Pour la gare, cette dernière est à 12 minutes de marche.  
  
En résumé, vous pourrez tout faire à pieds !  
  
L'arrêt de tramway "Nationale" est à 300 mètres.  
A 550 mètres vous aurez la place Jean-Jaurès où passe de nombreuses lignes de bus qui vous permettront de rapidement et facilement vous déplacer.
