Pierres, belle hauteur sous plafond et poutres apparentes sont au rendez-vous pour une expérience authentique au cœur du Vieux Tours. L'espace salon est composé d'un coin détente avec un canapé, des livres et une TV afin de pouvoir vous détendre. Une connexion Wifi fibre est également à votre disposition. Le soir venu, vous pourrez vous dirigez vers le coin nuit situé en mezzanine où y retrouverez un confortable lit double. La salle de bain est équipée d'une baignoire où vous pourrez vous y relaxer après une journée riche en découvertes. Les WC se trouvent dans la salle de bain. Préparez vos repas comme à la maison grâce à une cuisine équipée de tout le nécessaire (plaques de cuisson, réfrigérateur, micro-ondes, cafetière Senseo, vaisselle, ustensiles de cuisine, etc.) Situé en plein cœur du Vieux Tours, vous serez à deux pas des sites historiques, des restaurants, des cafés et des boutiques. Le quartier est animé et festif, offrant une atmosphère conviviale et chaleureuse, idéale pour ceux qui souhaitent profiter de la vie nocturne tourangelle. À noter : le quartier est très vivant et peut être bruyant, surtout en soirée et pendant les weekends. Il y a une discothèque dans l'immeuble voisin. Ainsi, si vous êtes sensibles au bruit ou recherchez un séjour paisible, ce logement peut ne pas être idéal pour vous. Cependant, pour les amateurs de vie nocturne et d'animation, c'est un choix parfait ! Pour votre confort, le ménage est fait avant votre arrivée et à votre départ et les draps et serviettes de toilette sont à votre disposition. Vous n'aurez que vos valises à poser :) N'hésitez pas à réserver votre escapade authentique dans cet appartement ! L'arrivée et le départ se fait de façon autonome. Les clés sont à récupérer dans un point relais ouvert jusqu'à minuit et situé à 2 minutes à pied du logement. L'appartement est situé au rez-de-chaussée mais quelques marches sont à monter pour y accéder et le lit est en mezzanine. La rue est piétonne, il n'est donc pas possible d'y stationner. Vous trouverez des places dans les rues autour du logement ou alors vous pourrez vous diriger vers les parkings souterrains. Les transports en commun sont à proximité de l'appartement afin de faciliter vos déplacements. Vous pourrez également tout faire à pied. Je reste disponible pour répondre à vos questions et vous aider à passer le meilleur séjour en Touraine :) Le quartier du Vieux Tours est réputé pour son architecture et sa place très animée tout au long de l'année : la place Plumereau. Vous y retrouverez là-bas de nombreux bars et restaurants. Endroit très convivial et festif, vous serez très vite conquis par ce quartier. Depuis la gare de Tours, vous pouvez compter 20 minutes de marche ou bien 6 minutes de tramway puis 7 minutes de marche. En moins de 15 minutes de marche, vous atteindrez la cathédrale St Gatien ou encore le musée des Beaux-Arts. Et en un peu moins de temps, vous tomberez sur l'Opéra de Tours. Toutes les commodités sont également à proximité (superettes, boulangeries...). Vous serez également à proximité des Halles de Tours et un marché y a lieu le mercredi et le samedi matin. (I say this for the benefit of those who are highly allergic to cigarette smoke residue.) We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped.
