Offering a large living room with open kitchen (with oven, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee maker, etc.), this accommodation will enable you to enjoy your stay in Tours at your leisure.  
The 11M2 bedroom has a double bed. Toilet and bathroom are separate.  
  
The apartment is ideally located, just a two-minute walk from the city center and 5 minutes from the train station. If you're coming by car, you can take advantage of a private underground parking space located beneath the building.
