### Le Cozy-Tours - Charmant appart en centre-ville

Bienvenue dans ce magnifique appartement récemment rénové, où le style contemporain rencontre le confort absolu.  
  
Idéalement situé à seulement deux minutes de marche de la gare de Tours, ce logement est parfait pour un déplacement professionnel ou pour découvrir la ville en famille ou entre amis.  
  
Adapté pour 4 personnes, vous y trouverez tout le confort nécessaire.  
  
L'espace salon est le lieu idéal pour vous reposer après une journée riche en découvertes ou de travail. Vous pourrez vous prélasser sur le canapé pour regarder la TV et profiter de la connexion Wifi mise à votre disposition.  
Le soir venu, le canapé se transforme en lit.  
  
La chambre est séparée du salon par une belle verrière. Vous y trouverez un confortable lit double pour de bonnes nuits de sommeil.  
  
La cuisine séparée est entièrement équipée avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour préparer de délicieux repas. Que vous aimiez cuisiner ou simplement préparer un café rapide le matin, vous trouverez tout ce dont vous avez besoin à portée de main.  
  
La salle de bain est attenante à la chambre et dispose d'une douche.  
Les WC sont séparés.  
  
Un petit balcon vous permettra de profiter du soleil :)  
  
Gros plus en centre-ville : une place de parking privative est à votre disposition au sein du parking de la résidence !  
  
  
Pour votre confort, tout est inclus dans les frais de ménage. Le ménage est fait avant votre arrivée et à votre départ et le linge de lit et de toilette est à votre disposition. Vous n'aurez donc que vos valises à poser et à profiter.  
  
  
A noter que l'arrivée se fait de manière autonome et que les clés sont à récupérer dans un point relais dans le centre de Tours fermant à 1h du matin (accessible en 5 minutes de tramway depuis la gare).

L'appartement est situé à deux minutes de marche de la gare de Tours.  
  
Vous pourrez profitez d'une place de parking privative.  
  
A savoir que l'appartement est situé au 5° étage. Un ascenseur est disponible jusqu'au 4° étage et il faudra ensuite prendre des escaliers.  
  
Je reste à votre disposition pour vous aider à passer le meilleur séjour possible en Touraine :)  
  
Situé en centre-ville, vous aurez toute les commodités à portée de main : boulangeries, supermarchés, pharmacies etc. C'est donc le lieu idéal pour profiter pleinement de votre séjour !  
  
Vous aurez tous les transports en commun à deux pas avec le tramway et de nombreuses lignes de bus qui vous permettront d'explorer toute la ville facilement et rapidement.
