One night stop in Tours

We stopped for one night, the hotel was fine but quite basic, our room was very small and a little dated, plus the bed quite hard. However, all the staff were very friendly and despite having little English (and us having little French) we warmly welcomed. Our room and the public areas were very clean and despite what other reviews have said, the area felt quite safe. The hotel is well located, a short walk to restaurants and bars, very near the railway station but also quiet at night.

great location just 3 min walk from the main train station . and got secured parking for the bikes and cars as well . overall a great experience and a great price .

Très décevant et du coup trop cher.

Pas d’information indiquant qu’il n’y a pas d’accueil avant 16:00. Donc pas possible de déposer ses valises avant. Cela devrait être une fonctionnalité dans l’application car autrement j’aurais fait un autre choix. Étant parti à un mariage à 20 km j’ai dû insister pour avoir la clé de la chambre car à 23:00 il n’a plus personne à l’accueil. A 1h30 du matin le badge de ma porte ne fonctionnait pas. J’ai perdu 1/2h a essayer d’ouvrir pour finalement réveiller le gardien. La photo présentant l’hôtel est bien trompeuse...

Nous étions dans une chambre pour handicapé. Nous n'avions pas la possibilité d'ouvrir comme il faut la fenêtre et respirer l'air frais ou aéré car on était tout de suite sur le trotoir de la rue. Le Monsieur très gentil mais faut se modernizer un peu.

I didn't get the room I booked the bathroom smelt from the drains and I felt vulnerable with the people who lived in the area hanging around in the street . Apart from that when you walk a 100 yards down the road and across the tram line tours is a beautiful place

Très bien situé

Chambre petite, simple, basique et fonctionnelle, hôtel très bien situé pour les départs de la gare SNCF ou la gare routière, nous sommes allées à pied sans problème à l'arrêt Ouibus pour Paris après avoir rendu notre voiture de location. Office de tourisme très proche, marché, commerces, cinéma juste à côté etc. La place de parking derrière l'hôtel est à réserver pour un supplément, ce qui est aussi appréciable, nous n'avons pas dû déballer tous nos bagages et la voiture de location était en sécurité. Le monsieur à la réception a répondu à nos questions, aucun problème.

Tres bon accueil et propreté mais etablissement ancien qui demande renovation. Cabine de douche identique d un ibis buget. Pour le prix on s attend a mieux quand meme . Hotels autour plus moderne et mieux équipé en sanitaire .

Personnels déasagreables

L'hôtel très proche de la gare de tour , à côtes d'un cinéma et beaucoup des boutiques mais l'intérieur du cadre est en mauvaise état, les personnels(l'accueil) sont très désagréables et criés sur la clientèle. Et il pense que les clients n'ont pas le droit de se plaindre et surtout si tu es passé sur une plateforme de réservation d'hôtel car il se trouve exploiter et donc il n'apporte pas la réponse au client .

Hotel de 2 estrellas, demasiado caro

Pequeño hotelito de 2 estrellas. No hay recepción por las noches. El personal es amable. Baño prefabricado dentro de la habitación de 1.5 m2, demasiado pequeño. La habitación necesita un repaso de pintura y suelo. Por los 67 euros/noche que pague me parece que la relación calidad/precio es mala acostumbrado a los standares españoles. La localización es muy buena.
