Mostly what I needed for week+ work trip
Convenient to train station, and centre-ville sights, restaurants, etc. Room: good layout, kitchen equip OK, etc. Water temp & pressure good, bed firm but comfy. Lights all dim (difficult to work), WiFi didn’t like my work-req’d VPN, a bit of an HVAC hum that was annoying during the night. But area otherwise quiet, laundry easy (bring own detergent).

Very disappointing!
When making reservations, I made sure to book a hotel with air-conditioning. The hotel was listed as air-conditioned both on the hotels.com site and on their own website. What they don’t tell you is that they turn off the air conditioning in October. I arrived October9th to 87° weather. It was unbearably hot and I had to sleep with the windows open. Didn’t help much. . The beds are not very comfortable, very hard. If you like hard then it’s great for you. I also paid city taxes and parking when I arrived, at checkout, they tried to charge me again. I had to show them my credit card bill as they don’t give you receipts for your check in expenses. I recommend you ask for a receipt that delineates you have paid. Overall very disappointed in the service of the hotel.

Thai was about as good as it gets. Friendly helpful staff, comfortable room/duplex with all we needed for a week’s stay and incredibly quiet. Well located with good restaurants within 10 mins gentle stroll, local shops (butcher, fromagerie, carrefour & LIDL as well as marche Victor Hugo) literally 5 mins walk away. Very close to all public transport links as well as the canal. The main square and river are around 10 mins walk away but it’s all very accessible.

I am an Expedia gold, at check in , no VIP access was ever mentioned, no free drinks and no upgrade. quite disappointed. the room is quite small, but the balcony is super nice. the location of the hotel is amazing, just next to the shopping area/old town, good restaurants and bars are within walking distance

Generally good: friendly staff, clean and spacious room, and very well located. Some problems: - The heated outdoor pool, which had been a factor in our choice of hotel, was closed for our entire stay (in early April, with unbroken dry, warm and sunny weather). - Our room keys initially did not work - the staff member on reception reacted professionally, but at first was not able to guarantee a fix until the next day. (Fortunately the issue resolved itself fairly quickly.) - The bathroom was set up as a separate WC and room with sink and shower over bath, which is fine. The light in the WC was extremely dim. The shower head was quite low down at maximum height, and not as hot as I would have liked, although those are both more minor quibbles and not uncommon in hotels. - There were two of us, and we left towels in the bath to indicate that we wanted these refreshed on four days, and on two of those we came back to find only one bath towel. This was quickly rectified when raised at reception, but I found it odd that it happened more than once. - The TV didn't seem to get good signal for broadcast channels. It was set up to cast from streaming apps on your personal devices, and this more or less worked, but was a bit shaky and got disconnected a few times.

Room had a shower for disabled people that wasn’t in good condition and very difficult to use. Receptionist said this was only for three of the rooms. Apart from that, everything else was great and very much recommend. Perfect location, quiet, easy to access Toulouse centre and easy to get to from the airport using the excellent tram/metro.

Very nice apartment just a short walk from the city. Enjoyed the small balcony but as the hotel is tucked away in a courtyard there was nothing to look at except other properties. It did make it quiet at night though. We didn’t use the kitchen but it was great to have a fridge although no wine glasses provided which was strange. Staff were lovely. Breakfast decent but perhaps a little over priced for the offerings. Overall a good stay :)

The location of the property is very convenient - between the city center and Matabiau railway station. The apartment style rooms are fully equipped for cooking though I did not cook. When I tried to use the electric kettle (for hot water), I found it to be greasy. So I thought I would heat water in the microwave but when I opened the door of the microwave, I was hit with a strong odor. Perhaps previous guests have not been kind to the property. The room was very quiet and relaxing. The bed was very comfortable. Housekeeping and front desk personnel were super friendly. Did not receive the amenity of one drink per visit but that is less important than other factors. Breakfast was cold (scrambled eggs, coffee) at around 10:00 am but that can be attributed to the fact that it is an apartment style hotel where very few people have breakfast at the cafe within the hotel. Perhaps the option could be to have only those things that do not require to be kept warm? Would probably still stay at the hotel in future visits given the convenience of the location and the friendliness of the staff.

The property was in a good area and close to the city center. Everything was was within walking distance. Has on-site parking.

Great stay
I was very happy with this hotel. The front desk staff were helpful and considerate, and the housekeeping staff were quiet and adept. The room was comfortable and quiet with an ample kitchen, desk and chair, double bed, and TV. There were two large closets in the hallway, and the bathroom shower had uninterrupted hot water and a rainfall showerhead. The balcony was relaxing, with views of neighboring red-tiled buildings, and the hotel pool below - a nice place to eat dinner and wind down at the end of each day. There is also a laundry room in the basement so I could pack less clothes and just wash them every few days. The hotel is close to many restaurants, pharmacies, tobacco shops and an ATM, and you can walk to the major sites in 10-15 minutes, a Lidl and a Carrefour City supermarket in 2 minutes, and Matabiau train and bus station in 4 minutes.
