Bed linen + one large towel per person included (no linen change during the stay, regardless of length).  
  
IMPORTANT — PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING  
The apartment is located on the ground floor with a window directly facing the street.  
Pedestrian street and very lively neighborhood — noise is possible, especially in the evenings and on weekends.  
Limited ventilation and natural light due to the layout.  
No air conditioning — the apartment may be warm in summer.  
Please review all photos carefully: they accurately reflect the 26 m² size and layout.  
This apartment offers an exceptional location but comes with constraints due to its hyper-central setting. Please book with full awareness.

#### Trop de bruits

Studio situé au Rez de Chaussée, la pièce principale donne sur la rue très passante et bruyante l'unique fenêtre du studio est mal isolée et il faut tirer le rideau pour ne pas être vus de la rue. Le studio est mitoyen de la porte d'entrée et du couloir, on entend les habitants de l'immeuble entrer et sortir.Problème d'isolation thermique aussi, tout est humide. L'éclairage ne permet pas à deux personnes de lire au lit, une seule lampe de chevet.L'éclairage du couloir éclaire aussi le studio.
